Six stages. One team. Full accountability.

Every export we handle follows this verified sequence. Each stage has a defined deliverable — you always know where your vehicle is and what's been completed.

Purchase Inspection

We coordinate a condition inspection at the seller's location — dealer lot, auction yard, or private premises — before you commit to a purchase.

What we do

Check chassis number, engine condition, body structure, mileage plausibility, fluid leaks, tyre condition, and known fault codes. Coordinate with local inspection agents or our own staff.

You receive

Inspection report with photos covering exterior, interior, underbody, and engine bay. Condition summary and our recommendation on whether to proceed.

Risks we help avoid

Purchasing vehicles with undisclosed structural damage, odometer manipulation, or condition that would fail destination import inspection.

Inland Transport

We arrange vehicle collection from the seller and transport to our partner yard near the export port. Coverage across Japan including Kanto, Kansai, Chubu, and Kyushu regions.

What we do

Book a licensed vehicle transporter, confirm collection date with the seller, and coordinate handoff to the yard. Vehicles are moved on enclosed or open transporter depending on value and type.

You receive

Collection confirmation with timestamp, transit status update, and delivery-to-yard notification with arrival photos.

Risks we help avoid

Uninsured transit, vehicle damage from improper loading, and delays caused by uncoordinated handoffs between sellers, transporters, and yard operators.

Yard Receiving & Photos

On arrival at the yard, every vehicle is formally received, inspected against its purchase record, and fully documented with a standardised photo set.

What we do

Conduct arrival condition check against purchase inspection record, photograph all four exterior sides, interior, odometer, VIN/chassis plate, engine bay, and tyres. Log to your shipment file.

You receive

Full arrival photo set (minimum 20 images), condition confirmation note, and a yard storage receipt confirming the vehicle is in our custody and ready for export processing.

Risks we help avoid

Pre-export condition disputes, missing photographic evidence for shipping insurance claims, and import-clearance complications that require proof of pre-shipment condition.

Deregistration

Japanese export law requires vehicles to be deregistered before customs clearance can proceed. We handle the full 抹消登録 process with the relevant transport authority.

What we do

Prepare and submit the deregistration application to the land transport office, confirm cancellation of the Japanese number plate registration, and obtain the export cancellation certificate.

You receive

Deregistration certificate (抹消登録証明書) confirming the vehicle has been removed from Japanese registration. This document is required for export customs clearance.

Risks we help avoid

Export customs refusal from missing or incorrectly processed deregistration. Delays caused by outstanding liens, ownership record complications, or incorrect address details on file.

Export Customs

We prepare and submit all Japanese export customs documentation, working with licensed customs brokers at the port of departure to obtain export clearance.

What we do

Compile export declaration, vehicle value declaration, and supporting documents. Submit through our partner customs broker. Coordinate with the port authority for loading slot confirmation.

You receive

Export clearance confirmation, export declaration document (輸出申告), and export permit — the documents required by most destination countries for import clearance.

Risks we help avoid

Customs holds from document errors or valuation disputes. Missed vessel loading windows caused by incomplete or late-submitted declarations.

Vessel Booking & BL / Document Handling

We book space on the appropriate vessel, coordinate yard-to-port delivery, oversee loading, and obtain the full export document package including the Bill of Lading.

What we do

Select vessel based on destination, schedule, and method (RO-RO or container). Confirm booking, arrange port delivery, obtain loading confirmation and Bill of Lading from the carrier.

You receive

Bill of Lading (OBL or Express BL), vessel booking confirmation, loading photos, and the complete export document set: BL, export declaration, deregistration certificate, and inspection report.

Risks we help avoid

Missed vessel cut-offs, incorrect BL consignee or port details that block destination clearance, and lost or delayed document delivery that holds up the importer.

Built for how B2B vehicle export actually operates.

Our process reflects what overseas importers and dealers actually need — not a generic freight service, but a workflow designed around used vehicle export compliance.

Japan Local Team

Our operations staff are based in Japan with direct relationships with dealers, auction houses, port agents, and licensed customs brokers. Every step is managed on the ground — not remotely.

Multilingual Support

We work in English, Japanese, and Chinese — matching the right language to every point in the supply chain. Miscommunication between your team and our Japan-side network is eliminated.

Compliance-Focused Workflow

Every stage is sequenced to meet Japan export compliance requirements and reduce risk at the destination. Deregistration before customs, inspection before vessel booking — the order matters.

Transparent Coordination

You receive a status update at each handoff point — inspection, yard arrival, customs clearance, vessel booking, and BL issuance. No black boxes, no chasing for updates.

We support every scale of Japan export operation.

Whether you're importing one vehicle or running a regular volume programme, our workflow adapts to your order structure.
