1. Information we collect
Inquiry forms may collect your name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp, destination, vehicle and chassis details, shipping conditions, notes and attachments. For abuse prevention, we also record an irreversible representation of the IP address, submission time and referring page.
2. Why we use it
We use the information to answer inquiries, assess feasibility, prepare quotations, check sailings, manage customers and assignments, perform contracts and invoicing, meet legal obligations and secure the service. Analytics is used only after consent.
3. Email notification and service partners
A new inquiry is saved in the administration system and summarized by email to authorized staff. Where necessary, assignment details may be shared with carriers, inspection providers, customs or transport specialists only to the extent required to perform the requested work.
4. Attachments and security
Attachments are stored outside publicly browsable folders and are available only through authenticated administration access. We apply reasonable controls for transport security, access rights, logs and backups.
5. Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics 4 loads only after consent. Advertising signals are disabled. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or chassis numbers entered in forms to the analytics service. You can remove or change the saved consent decision through your browser storage.
6. Retention and your requests
We retain information for a period appropriate to legal, transaction, dispute and backup needs, then delete or anonymize it when no longer required. To request access, correction or deletion, contact shipping@watsulogi.jp.
